The Genocide of the Native People by the Bad Guys ...
The same genocide that started at the hands of the French. Apologies have already been given to indigenous peoples.
Now, if there are people who are not happy with the division of the lands, well they had only to prevent their band chiefs from signing contracts for the exchange of goods for territory.

You are responsible for your words. You are the first to say that, do you really think?

The thread does not speak of history, it speaks of what is happening today.

Contracts under the threat of arms ... Seeing your reasoning even today, we understand much better the scope of the problem.

Really, always the insult as the only argument?

I love the choice of your "compliments".

Under the varnish of the little phrase "nice" appears the real personality. I'm discovering more and more that the nice little phrase is above all a reminder for the person who writes it: he is afraid of not remembering it.

You act like a child!

You don't miss an opportunity to relaunch the war with your hateful comments!

Seeing your reasoning even today, we understand much better the scope of the problem.

Often I leave you on your stupid words to avoid relaunching the debate which never ends!

Look at yourself in the mirror before lecturing others!

And after the insults, again the moral lessons and the personal attacks. It is therefore not a matter of temporary overflows, but of a constant and thoughtful attitude.

We change hemispheres, but we stay well in the Americas: the natives change, but the states that want to eliminate them to undermine without worry are the same:

Wikileaks Peru: US feared indigenous power
US Ambassador in Peru obsessed with fears of Venezuela, radicalism and Indigenous rule

In a previously released cable, Ambassador Struble exposed the fact that the diplomats of five countries - US, Canada, Britain, Switzerland and South Africa - organized in Peru to promote and protect mining. This was done in response to ongoing Indigenous protests of mining.

Astonishing: he went to the hospital for routine tests. And he is dead.

It is happening in Canada.

And he was the eyewitness to a lawsuit against the Queen of England for the disappearance of 10 Aboriginal children.

Star Eyewitness of Queen's Abduction of Aboriginal Children Dies Suddenly

Just bad luck.

This is your interpretation of it.
In effect, at the time, as today, band chiefs were elected by vote. So if a chief has made a decision, it is because he has the support of the people he represents.
And since there was no uprising afterwards, it was because this decision suited the majority of the natives.
There is not just one angle to the story.

Well obliged, therefore gives precise elements: text of contracts, signatories, deliberations of elections, prior ownership, ...

Already, the choice of your vocabulary calls for very negative connotations: "gang leaders".

We are full of it: if the chief decided to sell the national subsoil to the gas drillers, it is because he has our support, for example?

vinzman wrote:And since there was no uprising afterwards, it was because this decision suited the majority of the natives.

I see that you agree with a lot of people who said until recently the same thing: ben ali, moubarak, kaddhafi, ...

And they applied the ancestral method well: to shoot the natives. A dead native doesn't get up, so he agrees.

vinzman wrote:There is not just one angle to the story.

And it happens that those who refuse to understand the situation take an angle in the face. Even history, it hurts, it is better to learn and understand before.
