O Borloo, he's a lawyer. Explain the cause to him, he will plead in your favor for consideration ... He has pleaded Grenelle, he pleads shale gas, tomorrow he will plead something else ...
More interesting, I heard NKM indignant this afternoon that we were "drugged with oil", I quote, that it will "increase irreparably"
There is nothing to complain about. NKM is an educated woman who knows what she is talking about oil (peak).
On the other hand, she should have explained why she played the guns in the fissile lobby to scuttle the PV sector, with arguments unworthy of a polytechnician ...
It could also explain the significant dependence of nuclear power on the price of oil, as a very energy-consuming mining activity, and increasingly by decreasing the progressive uranium content of minerals ... according to a parallel scheme and simultaneous with the exploitation of hydrocarbons where the deposits are of constantly decreasing quality.
It could also signal that shale gas in France does not solve 1% of the energy problem by probably wrecking well over 1% of drinking water, the source of all life and the balance of ecosystems ... which man makes part, is it worth remembering?
Finally, it could point out the extreme French energy dependence on "all nuclear" for electricity and "all oil" for transport ... the weakness and the immense backlog of its industries in clean transport and energy. sustainable ...
There, she would be worthy of her old school and of the General Interest that these elites must serve.

And it could promote microalgae fuel: 10% of the European "agricultural" surface = 2/3 of world oil needs and this by absorbing 1 tonne of CO2 per barrel equivalent burnt (ie after combustion) !!! Figures according to FBS: https://www.econologie.com/forums/microalgue ... 10514.html
Other info on shale gas in quebec:
Bonjour à tous
Yesterday, on Radio-Canada's program Les années lumière, three members of the Scientific Collective on the shale gas issue argued why this dossier is unacceptable as it is presented to us. For the record, I had sent you the link to the website of this collective, of which I am a member.
Stakeholders deplore the government's lack of rigor and transparency regarding this issue. The personalities interviewed are
- Luc-Alain Giraldeau, Vice-Dean of Research at the Faculty of Science, University of Quebec in Montreal
- Emmanuel Raufflet, head of the graduate diploma specializing in management and sustainable development at the École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, University of Montreal
- Lucie Sauvé, Canada Research Chair in Environmental Education from the Institute of Environmental Sciences, University of Quebec in Montreal

New versions edited by NoGazaran with more Franco-French documentaries from journalists who investigated the scene, interventions by Lepage, José Bové, NKM, etc.
The new "mining" code would be as follows:
- prospecting and research over 15 years (including exploitation),
- 5% of French territory already "sold",
- no prosecution can be made after the withdrawal of the oil companies.
To listen to be aware.
Vive la France
- Gasland mixed Part 1
- Gasland mixed Part 2 (from 11 min),
- Gasland mixed Part 3,
- Gasland mixed Part 4.

No, long live Sarkozy ecology!
But many suspected it before 2007 ...
Authorize prospecting for 3 times 5 years, without financial return.
Change the mining code.
No pursuit in future (foreseeable) pollution ...
This is the art of our current leaders:
Scuttling France (finances, land, individuals, health ...), simply against a commercial return from these oil patrons, in favor of possible funding of electoral campaigns, "golden balls", "ad vitam eternam", for our pests ...
Ah! it will be fine, it will be fine ...

hi Gegyx,
You can go to the side you want, our Governors are irresponsible and incompetent.
The world, like France, goes straight into the wall by pressing the accelerator.
Individual initiatives are insufficient without a political inflection (in the noble sense of the term) 100% RE. If we do that, everything else will follow (ecology, economy, social). If we do not do so, it is social and environmental damage coupled with a structurally decreasing economy, except for a few happy few who will bribe the few remaining riches to the greatest number.
I weigh my words.
But I don't have too many illusions, it will go in the wrong direction for a long time.

You say that "all our rulers would be irresponsible and incompetent". This is to erase the obvious: the actions of the current which are criminal and out of the ordinary until then in our republic.
(today, last example: he makes his Bush by wanting to bomb Libya ... Because Kadaf (his guest of honor in the fall) said he was going to sneak up on him ...)
There is nothing positive, even to brown the pill of the gogos…
Gallows game, yes.
Nicolas Hulot, so "popular" in terms of voting (for in my opinion still drowning the fish), what does he think of these shale gases?
It is nevertheless an enormous scandal, which if well conducted can put our uncontrollable M. definitively in its place, that is to say in its natural mediocrity.
Corinne makes her voice heard, José moves, once again.
Dismantling well heads, well guarded by our security forces, will be more sporty than Mc Do or GM plants ...

Seen !! It's a nice joke: how would the French hydraulic fracturing method be less "geologically" uncertain and more reliable than that of the USA?
All the more, see the names of the companies on the permits or requests, as most of the companies have an Anglo Saxon sound !! Source: https://www.econologie.com/forums/gaz-de-sch ... 10542.html
I thought she had more green convictions and integrity than that ... in the end he is a politician like any other ...
"I like" the concept of "communication moratorium" mentioned by C. Lepage
