Anyway, just like boycotts, I think these actions are futile ... because the decisions, as you rightly say, are already taken. The only way would be to make an economic forcing to refuse nuclear energy ... and therefore no longer pay EDF bill ... ie to disconnect from the network ... but in this case the how many anti-nuclear activists are they ready to question their acquired comfort? A very small number I think ... and all this will remain marginal
ps: when will a network: www.sortirdupetrole.org ? Because if we count oil kills (directly and indirectly) every year INFINITE more than nuclear!
