Small post to present our project of ecological house in Lille (North)
"Milie Plume's hut"
Milie Plume is our daughter of soon 2ans
This is a timber frame house on 4 levels (well yes, in town ...
)
on (acquired) land of 96m². The house will be on half is 48m².
We will try a Canadian well, which is atypical in the city
(There will necessarily be performance compromises but any calorie is good to take
)
The whole will be heated by a wood stove. It is the VMC that will be responsible for homogenizing the temperature.
Regarding the situation, at 20m from a V'Lille station, 50 m subway, 900m from the train station, no need for a car!
Many other funny aspects will be grafted to the project.
