For some time I have found this wooden chalet site.

http://www.nobeleurope.com/

I must admit that I am very interested in this type of home.

In the description section, we describe the composition of the facades, can you tell me if they are quite insulating?

Uh ... chappes, yes but no foundations, I think it's not legal because the chaining wood is not recognized ...

So we still need a metal chainage built into a retaining wall bricks or blocks and / or concrete.

To put these 30 and 000 € into perspective a little, here are traditional houses for € 50 ... and we quickly see that this price is almost doubled by taking "everything" into account:

Ah good. :?: A friend's wood house is just bolted to paws sealed on concrete dice. So no metal chaining, the dice are not connected ...
I even believe that this exempts him from property tax because the house is "removable" a bit like a mobile home.

It seems to me to have seen on the net recent constructions in straw without iron foundations (ideological and technical choice compared to telluric waves, to "antenna effects", feng shui ...) carried out according to the traditional technique known as "cyclopean" made from large blocks of stone ...

This may be possible in self-construction?

In any case, going through a pro, I think it is not tolerated ...
