Hello again,

I did some research (summary it is true), you actually need a permit to build a yurt on
"bare" ground.

However, the construction of a "light leisure dwelling" (annex to a main dwelling) does not
need a prior declaration, submitted to the town hall, with site plan, ground plan
of the construction, sketch or photo of the work.

8 days after receipt the mayor must (if accepted of course) display the start date of the work.
the deadline for processing the file is 1 month, if the refusal is not notified during this month the agreement of
construction becomes tacit.

"the trick" would be to dig up land with an old shack built on it (serving as a pseudo
main house) and to build its yurt declared "light leisure house".

I can't see the DDE "hiding" 24 hours a day to determine where we really live, and even what
which prevents us from taking our leisure where we want and when we want ???

it may still be too good to be true, the law is so dense that I may be
still next to the plate!, hope gives life.

good luck to everyone

Hello, I am interested in installing a yurt in my house; but I'm not sure how to do it; asking the mayor is good, but with the coming elections it may not be the time .....
the legislation is not clear enough for me regarding HLL

Hi, to return to the areas to be declared:
Less than 20m²: declaration of work
More than 20m²: building permit
More than 170m²: building permit + compulsory architecture

Yes, but these rules are valid on building land or on which there is already a house if I am not mistaken!
What are the rules for a lot nc?

On non-constructible land, it is forbidden to build anything.
Even a caravan cannot remain permanent.
There are so-called "leisure" land which can accommodate a "mobile" dwelling but only in season (not on me, there : Oops: )
