Ah, the famous urban cop motorcycle! Yes it is not bad but this model is apparently not so strong:
At 33 km it's shady ... it can be a connecting rod / piston / crankshaft bearing therefore causing other damage probably important ... expensive to repair even on a 000 ...
I predict a lack of oil in the past ... or rather a km to 133 km
for handyman it starts every other day and it clicks

Hello everybody
thanks for the links, the 2nd bike seems worthy of interest.
I am looking for a 125 cc single cylinder because I am not a biker and this is easier to assemble than a twin cylinder.
What we can do on a mono, we can do on a bi or a quad.
What do you say Pascal about this Yamaha 125 SR?

Hi Remundo,
working on a mono seems wise to me too. In addition it seems to me that this kind of engine is not very advanced (57 X 48,8 mm, compression ratio of 10 to 1, probably only 2 valves, a carburetor; Y24P of Teikei), where a development certainly less arduous than on a sports car.
The big unknown is the link crankshaft / cde saere. I am afraid that the compactness of the engine will be restrictive, but on the other hand it will be the common lot of this type of machine. Obligation to take the same holes for fixing, with the same tightening torques etc ... I remember how easily I had messed up the thread of one of the screws of the rocker cover on a similar motorcycle (CB250 Honda). A mono 4 valves which I have seen green and not ripe (emptying of wild silencer and I pass). The aluminum used is relatively soft and on these air cooling they save on thickness.
For the rest of the bike I see no worries; light (113 kg empty), handy, electrically simple and taking into account the constraints even a modification of the frame remains possible if necessary (in any case it wiggles already copiously from origin).
Should try to find the technical review to find out more.
From memory like that, I don't see a model that will have more advantages (or disadvantages) than this one.

Here is the review Technical motorcycle n ° 55
and I'm very lucky because Pascal has an impressive collection of this "collector's" magazine
