Tips, advice and tips to lower your consumption, processes or inventions as unconventional engines: the Stirling engine, for example. Patents improving combustion: water injection plasma treatment, ionization of the fuel or oxidizer.

Elephant: When I fill up at the bottleneck, if it's me or someone else, you can tell me the difference

Aside from strict scientific objectivity, because indeed, nobody doubts your ability to fill up, absolutely at the same pump, etc ...

What is important in the context of a measurement campaign is that the driver has no indication of the results so as not to change anything in his driving, or, if the experimenter and the driver are the same person, they see the odometer. It's already too much! For example, using the red fuel light on my own vehicle, I can easily see if I have driven 820 or 860 km with a full tank. The ideal for testing an economizer is a taxi or express mail company or the fleet of an installation or breakdown assistance company.

It is absolutely necessary to eliminate the placebo effect or awareness of the presence of the device.

Bullshit??? What bullshit: saying that EGR valves on vehicles over 10 years old are nameless shit that only cause fouling, drop in
...
The EGR is still a joke .... Even on recent vehicles ... I know a Kangoo DCI from 2009 which has already paid the price ... it is far from the 100km and only does the road ...

Your fixation on everything that can allow to inject water vapor back into an engine seems to cause you problems of discernment
it doesn't build anything it's only my opinion ...

Search the net for beautiful EGR valves like yours ... And then look for dirty ...

SEE MY TWO PREVIOUS EMAILS regarding "bullshit"

An EGR poorly designed or an injection fault and it's the mess

nothing to do with the injection of water which is a proven fact, verified and reproduced on this forum same

On my experience: we have a fleet of 140 DCI clio, 207 vehicles, meganes, 407 etc ... and not a single EGR problem
These vehicles are well maintained and returned after 4 years or 100 km

I have never had an EGR problem on my diesel vehicles, I do my own maintenance and I clean my collectors every 100

POTENTIALLY: all the mechanical parts of a vehicle are subject to breakdowns, including the EGR
You can type brake, ignition, EGR, tires, carburation, you will find as many breakdowns as on the EGR : Cheesy:

problem of discernment do you say? ...

Except that brakes tires ignition carburation injection ... You can't do without .... EGR (still happy) if ...

The twingo I'm talking about is part of a park similar to yours: maintained and sold before 100 km or 000 years.

It would be necessary to make a blind test with and without on two cars of this park ...

What would be interesting to know are the operating costs of these vehicles and which would include the purchase price. That way it would be much easier to differentiate from “ecological” formulas [Edit:] taking into account the eco-balance of manufacturing of both ...
