Heard tonight on the news:

http://videos.tf1.fr/jt-we/un-economisa ... 23655.html

4 mechanic brothers from Orne to Essay have developed a fuel saver of the same type, with the help of an astrophysicist (it is immediately more serious).

Their discovery, the FDME - Fragmenteur De Molécules Ecologique -
Their fuel saver works for diesel or petrol vehicles and installs in 1 hour between the fuel filter and the injection pump.
The device fragments "the diesel molecule" (diesel is a mixture of molecules) by a powerful megnetic field contained in the armored device.
Improved combustion, therefore lower consumption.
Cost for a car: 450 € installation included.
PL cost: 1200 €

fragments "the diesel molecule" (diesel is a mixture of molecules) by a powerful megnetic field
system allowing to weaken the diesel fuel molecule.
When the diesel fuel passes into it, it explodes under the effect of the magnetic field.
They also offer PGH (production of hydrogenated gas), a rainwater bubbler allowing the reinjection of hydrogenated gas into combustion.
With fuel prices constantly rising, the Boucher brothers have clearly found a good niche.

delusional sentences in physics, the astrophysicist hides strongly in the stars.
In addition, they sell an additive to buy each time the tank is full:
It is essential to put the curative for the injection circuit supplied with each FDME in the tank.

They are inconsistent, since they do not provide a refill for this healing agent !!! So this is highly doubtful !!

You can do the same by putting a magnet or two cheap NdFe against your fuel supply hose, to see if it works, for cheap, and measure consumption very carefully, because measuring at better than 10%, it is not easy.
They confuse fuel and tartar in water !!!

Typical scam, on a "good niche" galore, like a placebo with lots of people healed or grigri on the wallet, impossible to prove, less than 10% !!!

As Janic would say, who believes in this delirium, like a pick or hammer of 300 million years, facing my critics:!
it is the interpretation of these facts that is problematic ...
the human is human, one cannot prevent that the ideas inculcated by education, teaching, the affective factors are inserted in the step of the researcher.
your scientist claims are only hypotheses among scientists
the facts may be interpreted differently by the scientists themselves.
They do not provide evidence, but facts and evidence. Then comes the interpretation of these elements and there, there is no longer any scientific neutrality

“Absolute” Certainty Is When No One Comes To Challenge Evidence
it is difficult to provide a theory which satisfies someone who a priori refuses this theory
"beliefs" are part of ALL edges, even those of hardened scientists. They too only believe in one thing: science erected as absolute dogma! It may be a good way to progress, but also a huge way to get lost or miss out on unconventional solutions ...
So whatever the number of facts, it is never proven.

Once again, everything smells like a scam!

Once again too: out of the double blind test, no salvation! The driver should not know if his vehicle is equipped. It is not even he who must fill up, he should even lead to masked totalizer, so as not to be tempted to compensate or increase a possible test.

The usual consumption of the vehicle / driver couple must be known and the test should not be carried out immediately after an interview.

process seen and built seen, already in the 70s if I remember correctly, is it not the same principle used for electronic scalers? a magnetic field breaking up the limestone molecules?
in any case this is what to ask when filing patents, if they do not look that the "invention" has already been invented?!?!?!

perhaps we could also use this principle for HVB : Idea:

a magnetic field breaking up the limestone molecules?

is wrong, the molecules remain intact in a magnetic field, otherwise you would have died while passing in the magnetic field of an MRI scanner in the hospital !!!

It is good to avoid such huge inconsistencies repeated endlessly by journalists and on the net !!!!

In fact, the magnetic field, with a very weak action, can sometimes change the nucleation threshold of the tartar microcrystals, often in over-solution, which precipitate very fine instead of being deposited on the walls of the water heater.
It is therefore a very weak action which does not always work.

Fuel oil has no scale or molecules to precipitate in the solid state, and therefore its effect is very very unlikely.

But 2 NdFe magnets 10 times cheaper can allow testing as well, if we want to check.
So profit, 90% of the price !!

Christophe should have started before them to sell this stuff at 90% profit !!!!
Too honest.

Thanks for the precision, it is heartbreaking to know that he marked anything on the devices for a purely commercial purpose.
I was not talking about fuel oil, since the "magic device" is sold for the GO, I was thinking of vegetable oils whether for driving or heating! Is there any interest in breaking the molecules?

Interested in breaking molecules?

1) the magnetic field does not break molecules at all, fortunately, we would have died after passing through the magnetic field of MRI.

2) breaking molecules requires energy, such as electrolysis of water or electrical discharges to make free radicals, in fact more energy than obtained after combustion !!!

So incoherent, improper, misleading and false idea, as for tartar ,.

All we can change a little is the nucleation thresholds of chain reactions during combustion, with some traces of free radicals obtained by an electric discharge, but not by magnetic field, which has no strong action.

But it is not certain that an engine which knocks more easily with spontaneous explosions, is better.

Dedeleco,
precisely, this kind of assembly tries (I mean tries) to play on the carbon / hydrogen chain in order to release the hydrogen more easily. This makes it possible to "smooth" the combustion and precisely that the engine knocks less.
These arrangements, like the AVEC have a behavior that is difficult to determine, sometimes effective but more often completely useless. I tested the two processes on several successive cars, and could not explain why I once obtained almost 15% (there we are no longer in the subjective, and confirmed by lending my car without saying anything to the person ) and other moves, nothing (despite configuration changes when the results were persistent in the absence).
Note that I have never observed cumulative effects between magnetic mounting and AVEC. The best is to test the thing without expecting miracles, one first and then the other if no results. It must also be said that our modern cars lend themselves less and less to this kind of hack. I have heard of 20 to 25% savings on carburetor mills but again no systematic gains. For me, the real scam is there; sell these things as a proven technology when even honest experimenters cannot explain the huge differences in results from one engine model to another.

To read statistically this kind of real tests, it seems that it works all the more since the engine is not optimized, old, etc ... and therefore probably after installation, it was sometimes optimized a little more, s' to be well aware of it, quite independently of the saving machine ??????

Personally, I have always switched my cars to Green air filters for two reasons; one by systematically adapting a "more breathable" filter in relation to the engine capacity, two for the green side because washable. This often requires changing the diameter of part of the intake. But even having carried out these same modifications on two engines of a similar design age (multipoint injection, 16 valves, etc.), one gave very good results and the other none. No matter how much I turned the problem around, I couldn't determine a logical relationship between successful trial and failure.
Yes, I think there is independence between optimization and economizer even if the two have to interact. The engine changes noise after fitting the Green filter (generally a little bit louder), then changes its tone, especially at a speed which must be related to the number and shape of the fins of the AVEC (much rougher, a little like a prepared mill) when it works as it should. This regime also corresponds to the maximum efficiency and coup de pot for me, not too badly placed, between 3000/3500 RPM. And I never touched the exhaust on any of my cars.
