Tips, advice and tips to lower your consumption, processes or inventions as unconventional engines: the Stirling engine, for example. Patents improving combustion: water injection plasma treatment, ionization of the fuel or oxidizer.

Note that there are several types of adhesion: smooth, macromolecular, and crampon (whose equations are very different, and variable depending on the humidity and consistency of the soil).

Moreover, the real adhesion results from 3 effects, one being generally predominant according to the situation studied ...

it exists with manometer on ebay

Chinese continue to manufacture this inflator http://www.china-tiregauge.com/products ... 21705.html

in fact as I understood it is necessary to disassemble a candle and fix the provided end in place then the hose, the other extremity on the tire and the engine is idle

Good evening, I learned a little more about this inflator, it was invented by an Auvergne farmer in Clermond-Férrand, it is to allow to quickly inflate the tires of his tractor in full field, it avoided to return to the shed to do that, save time at harvest, he patented it, this accessory was first reserved for farmers, then gained success in the automotive field

then came the Americans who were interested in it, improved it and boasted that they invented it themselves, which seems to be the case for many other things

here is the story of this unusual object

Actually, for a tractor tire, it's harder to do it at the foot pump :D

inflator for peasants

by oli 80 » 20/01/11, 22:39

Good evening, in fact some accessories may seem wacky but when we think about it we think they can be useful to some people, but become a superfluous gadget for others

Here it is the ingenuity of a peasant who has saved him time for his crops, but his invention becomes a gadget for the motorist who can very well use a pump foot or hand

this acessory has existed ... it is not for nothing that it no longer exists! it sends into the tire the mixture gasoline air that should burn ... already not smart with old pure essence ... a disaster with the unleaded and all the cochonerie that there is inside

with an HDI diesel it would be good to put an inflator on a cylinder, and a switch on the injector to cut the diesel ... but that's another story

inflating candle

by oli 80 » 09/10/11, 11:24

Hello, have you read the content in the two links in my penultimate message, we can see the inner workings of this "candle" the air is sucked in and pushed back by this same false candle by a double valve system, so the air does not come from the carburetor

this system still exists for motorcycles https://www.denniskirk.com/282211.sku?u ... medium=cse

I only knew candles with only an outlet valve, so it gives air with gasoline

with 2 flapper in the candle it's smarter! as long as the engine is slowed, the air will fit more easily through the spark plug inlet valve than through the carburetor with its butterfly almost closed and there will be much less fuel

but the effect of gasoline on the life of the tire worries me enough not to take this kind of risk

there is a good compressor 12 v more convenient and more about

Actually this inflator candle was the ancestor of the compressor to plug on the cigarette lighter, it only worked on gasoline engine, on diesel I do not know if it exists, in short it was a gadget of yesteryear

a weird thing ... put the wobbly engine on 3 cylinders, throwing gasoline into the tire ...

while a small foot pump does the job much more neatly : Idea:
