It's true you're right, 6 as an error report in meteorology is "acceptable" ... since for decades the weather reports were so false anyway
Well the report 1.5 / 600, thank you because it is a good order of magnitude to have in mind: there is 400 times more thermal energy than wind energy in a hurricane... I imagine that a simple storm must be in the same proportions?
