Uh JOKER !!! : Cheesy:

Otherwise we have a subject on geoengineering (this is the official term I think): https://www.econologie.com/refroidir-la- ... -3412.html

Thanks for the links, it's scary!
Once again, it is not geo-engineering that scares me but the use has military and financial purposes. All is not bad in the idea of wanting to better understand the energetic regulation of the earth and even participate in it knowingly.
But the problem is there. To answer the consequence of a source cause induces other consequences often ignored or feigned.
In this case, responding to the cause requires to reduce or stop, any excessive release from our activity. That's it.
It is high time we stopped funding these megalomaniac psychopaths ...

I do not like it for a simple reason.

This justifies, without any proof of effectiveness, that we can continue as before as if nothing had happened because anyway ... we will be able to "cure" the Earth ...

Obviously everything is a question of money.

If a trust can sell you the antipersonnel mine and prosthesis that goes with it, it will do it with A GREAT SOURIR.

It exists.

A "natural" solution to combat climate "disruption" would quite simply be:

1) stop all forms of deforestation.

2) replant what has been cut.

3) Prevent the advance of deserts, by planting trees ... (very high technology ...)

Creation of marine sanctuaries (prohibited fishing on very wide areas, except for sea craftsmen)

These very simple solutions would solve different problems at the same time: GHG reduction, C02 natural sequestration, preservation of biodiversity and ancestral cultures, access to a healthy diet, access to water ...

Geoengineering (as it is currently proposed) is a scientist method, based on the principle: why be simple when it can be complicated (and paid)!

I did not want to sound too hard but I totally agree.
Nevertheless, to stem these inhuman ideas, it is also necessary to:
1 ° stop funding them (this is collective and citizen domain).
2 ° legislate this new overflow to make geo-engineering utopian in its execution.
3 ° inspect suspicious sites such as Haarp.
4 ° to judge and condemn any activity in this way that does not respect the legislation in force.
In short, to rely on the regulation of nuclear safety but much more severe, ie in proportion to the risks of the likely consequences.
Given the stakes, the courage and the humanity of the leaders, I imagine that nothing is done in this direction.
As if we did not have enough work, we the protesters!
I am not for the conspiracy theory but it is obvious that this kind of announcement participates in the stock market terrorism.
By cons, I'm a fan of the sprinkler watered. So take this with the seriousness it deserves.

I confirm.
Prosthetic manufacturing has even become a leading market in Afghanistan.
The proof in this report:
"The street children of Afghanistan", a report by TAC Presse broadcast on the program Arte Reportage (Arte).
REALIZED BY PAUL COMITI.
