The question is not the right or the right to change the climate for one or the other, but already to open our eyes to the fact that the climate is a tool, a civil weapon, agricultural or tourist (OJ PEKIN) and also modern military since VietNam and so that all the powerful states use, and this in the greatest opacity.

I also note that geo-engineering is absent from the public debate and from the press, which is not a good sign for our democracy as well as to evaluate its real impact without speaking about the social debate that is impossible.

How to take into account a climatic activity of which we know nothing or almost nothing and which relies on metal powders whose life in the atmosphere exceeds a year or electric scalar fields of which we do not know the nature nor the power?

So the climate debate would know to be plausible as long as we do not take into account the factor "climate manipulation" and "geo-engineering"

On the other hand, modern physics has been moving from 100 towards more and more electrical and quantum behavior of matter.
In simple terms, any physical or mechanical phenomenon now corresponds to an electromagnetic explanation, and cloud masses first.
The mechanics of the fluids that are our climate (pressure, speed, temperature ...) is the result electromagnetic interactions.

This is the reason why active climate changes are made mainly with metals and oxides.


The reduction to simple CO² as the leader of climate change is in total contradiction with our current knowledge.
The reduction to almost all CO² of the IPCC is in the realm of propaganda and not of science.

So I think neglect, solar factors, cosmic electrochemical climate manipulations but also the heaters that constitute all modern electromagnetic emissions (Radio, TV, GSM, Wi-Fi ...) is a profound mistake of physics.
