On the other hand, global coal consumption is down, because of China.
By "our" I was talking about French consumption, as far as world consumption is concerned, we are in a period of "undulating plateau" as mentioned above.
The increase you are referring to is linked to the contribution of unconventional oils (shale oil, extra heavy, deep oil, etc.), "classic" oil has been in depletion since 2006.
