DPEs are generally done over the leg.
I bought an 80m2 house at the end of 2007, the DPE provides
told me an annual consumption of 13827 KW for heating and 2100 KW for DHW, or 15926 KW in total.
The Method Used was 3CL Version 15c.
In 2008, I paid 9025 KW (city gas)
By looking at the DPE report, I realized that the wall insulation had not been taken into account, and many other things.

I downloaded the 3CL method, and by filling in all the boxes correctly, it took me a while, but I was able to find by searching a little all the insulators used and I obtained 9465 KW.
Figure not very far from reality.
I do my readings every month, and this year I should also be around 9000 Kw.
My heating is between 19,5 ° and 20,5 °, I have no regulation, underfloor heating. Being retired I regulate manually according to the weather report because the inertia of the system is around 8 hours

If you want a correct ECD, do it yourself and take some time to do it seriously.
Personally I spent 4 hours there, but I managed to discover everything, because there was no house plan.

I am trying to send you my original ECD

Personally the DPE of my house does not interest me too much, since I heat myself in the sun and the wood that I do myself, and I try to do the work that I think is necessary to constantly improve the insulation and consume less wood.
In fact, I just need paper to complete my photovoltaic file. It seems that if you heat with wood, there is no problem ...
