Understanding a magic Azulejos
I have not watched everything but the video seems essential to me to cheat because you have to replace a room.
What I deduce:
- The replaced part is wider than the equivalent of 3 square on the surface
- The "sliding" of the parts from one side to the other corresponds to a reduction in area of 1 square.
This is not visibly quantifiable especially since the scene is filmed in perspective.
This also allows the substitution of the central piece to go unnoticed because it is hidden by the hands of the manipulator.

There is no "cheating" and no parts are replaced!
You should have mostly looked at the explanatory links that some have left. ....
