It seems to me that I have already spoken on many occasions.

Redoing all the work is time consuming to adapt a new concept (1 or 2 months if my memory is good for iso-heating and it is done BEFORE) anyway I do not have access to the other forum and everything is there from my notes and our discussions. So I don't know what to say .... (I can contact you here by MP as you suggested, but this is not where my notes are!)

Basically, what I remember is that it was suggested that during a migration, you should not "distract" the attention of those who frequent the different platforms, that you should go. mollo, that on the contrary, it was necessary to take advantage of STRENGTHENING the synergy between them (and to give a diagram). Since indeed, it would be a shame if this new design (which I like but where we lose our bearings a bit compared to the old config) do as iso-heating, distract people and disseminate participation. But there obviously with two big breaks in concept, it is difficult to give further opinions, or even to make prognoses ....

But this error is common, ricardo.ch/ did the same in this simplification for mobile interface, it is only worth if behind there is a big campaign to drain the world on the new platform (and even with that, the web designer I know, told me that traffic has dropped and that he would have preferred to improve the old one rather than a drastic break as they did) He told me that they lost one of their site (thus a third less visit).
