André, how much did you pay for your Mercedes diesel tank, how many kms to purchase, which year? ... answer in mp if you want.

The traction you're talking about is the Citroën front-wheel drive? this car was used during the querre 1939-45 by the FFI (maquisards) and it ran on gasifier (lack of gasoline) with 2 bottles fixed on the gallery. We can see these montages very well in period films.

We can still see a few collectors ... circulating. At the time it was the first car with transmission on the front wheels with cardan shafts, like the 1CV by the way (I have one from 2 under a tarpaulin waiting).
