Saving water and energy and billing

by jlt22 » 04/04/09, 14:34

Hello,
Saving water and energy have become citizen gestures for the future of the planet.
Yet if we look well our bills, although they drop significantly, the cost of the unit consumed (m3 or Kw) increases in significant proportions.
Indeed, the subscription comes to burden the invoice; it is not proportional to the service rendered.
Example you pay the same subscription for 6001 kw and 30000 kw of gas.Better, if you go down below 6000 kw gas, you decrease your subscription, but you increase the price of Kwh.
For the water it is even worse according to the regions. Electricity idem
The thrifty family pays for the service of the family gasp.
Where is the polluter pays principle ???
It is still surprising that the Grenellle of the environment did not raise this problem.
To make sustainable development we pay the high price and to destroy the planet we get a discount.
Understand who will !!!

What counts in the end is that the less you consume and the less you pay, right?
