First it should be said that a forum is not a simple thing to manage! An action / proposal may please some and displease others, you can never know it too well in advance. But there is a point missing, and it seems to me that it has not yet been addressed!
Not once does it appear in this thread that there is no self-criticism!
If it was necessary to regain the level of a year ago. So we would have to rehabilitate Dédé and then fire the one who boasts so much of having him fired (therefore provoked and pushed to the end with a big buzz behind the scenes), especially since others have left because of the same person and his "friend" (yes that is well known), go back to erase the "witch hunt" after the long laissez-faire and letting go and even after forms of encouragement, what wager! If we had to find a good reason other than FarceBook, I believe - without being too mistaken - that it would ALSO be in this sector that it would be necessary to dig. Unfortunately, it is too late, the damage has already been done and given the economic situation, the slope will be very hard to climb. Yet it was not for lack of warning of what was to happen.
When we see reflections like this:

Ah ah ah, is it the "specialist" who says that?
We really have the impression that despite the remarkable work of the modos, that the mood in high places, has hardly changed. Besides, it often appears that the latter are struggling to apply what they would like (CQFD ...)
Everyone has their own idea of how some are treated (or have been treated badly here) among the contributors who took a little trouble in this forum (we could bring out some posts, which were really supposed to "shoot") and that's what really hurts, not FlashBook. So go back a year with the same mindset ...!?!? Would that change? To hide the face and to be in denial, surely not.
Why the contributors who made the buzz a year ago and more - in the most optimistic cases no longer contribute much - and in the worst cases have they all gone one by one if not for the wrong reasons of what happened here intramural - and I admit my share of the blame - (when they weren't fired as clean-ups, or were muzzled because they were providing some shade?) C is not an assertion but the last one was really not "dangerous" .... Since it was Gina ...! And the previous one not really stirring (Roy, but are there others? Since some no longer come ...).
After that we can always make our little comment on who is a specialist or not, but is that really the subject? And respect? (It's still part of my job, prevention)! Janic, an expert? He also says "
or natural treatments", in which I am totally in phase with him. Alas, one is quickly judged by people in pain of discernment on the problems of ego rather than on the substance and the benevolence of the speech! In the meantime, in need of 'audience, lots of threads are suddenly returned as in the "health" field (and others) and this constantly to make a call for air and generate reactions among subscribers (yes it shows ^^), c 'is exhausting because you have to keep repeating, repeating and repeating again, the same things and the debates go round and round and reach saturation. It wears out and it becomes so easy to find an expiatory victim! And it wears out contributors who are and often in high places we obviously do not listen, preferring “little phrases that highlight their author.” If I were manager of a forum: that too, I would avoid ... People are far from being blind, zapping is so quickly done. The forum actually the sad experience.
See the number of "subscribers" and real contributors, compared to the number of pages visited! I did the math (yes the stats are still part of my job) with 25,7 million visitors since 2006, each time the head of the forum lashes out at someone (when it should not be) and that it displeases or turns sour, it must be not less than hundreds of thousands of people who leave because of this phenomenon that the 'we can call boomerang (yes, all things considered, since in the end there have always been few regular contributors, so as soon as there is one who leaves, it hurts). There you have it, for a few reasons. So there is not ONLY FesseBouc, but more surely ALSO some "internal causes and errors".
Unfortunately the arbitrary system of "jokes, invectives, threats" continues, without it being possible to know when the "favorite targets" will cross the rubicon of the
"last warning before ban", sometimes you can't understand what's going on here:
A week ago, Christophe wrote:LAST WARNING BEFORE BANISHING JANIC AND OBAMOT
... the uncertainties that govern this forum leave more than one speechless.
Since in the end, the real enemies were not what we thought, the good advisers were taken for bad (and vice versa), the bad decisions were taken for good (unfortunately not vice versa) ) and at such bad times. Since in the end I wonder who was the real worst enemy of whom and what ...!
So I made the decision to withdraw for the time being from this forum to protest, as long as this threat of banishment hangs over those who debate the idea! Because I find it a little strong coffee to hear such comments, even among those who are threatened, there are some who have worked to improve this forum.
And especially because it leads to a form of constraint inevitably leading to self-censorship. Even though no reason has been expressed to justify such a measure.
