Okay, next step:
In IE, open the Internet Tools / Options dialog box.
Choose the "Programs" tab then click on the "Manage additional modules ..." button and check that Adobe reader is present in the list and that its status is "activated".

Under IE 6.0 this should not be a problem ....
Unless you have prohibited the execution of javascript in the security settings of IE, Cuicui.

I installed Internet Explorer 7. Unfortunately, the problem is still the same. No problem to exploit the links which are on the forum, but the action on the icons with small red arrow has no effect . In addition, I no longer see the line with the favorite commands, tools, etc.
Can we install Firefox or Opera in addition to IE?
