Yes bolt it was a double variator (taken over by all the scooter then) ... probably a world innovation in 1968 unless the Vespa already used the principle (but I do not think since they had 3 speeds generally at l 'era).

Too bad on this site the Kreidlers are missing! (in my opinion the best 50 at speed of the 70s with admission by rotary valve!)
hehe I remember these engines well ..... we mounted high kreidler engines .... on low engines of 103 ... guaranteed potato ..with a good timing diagrams + exhaust tuned to the hair. ...... ahhh the good time of the ufolep

Hello
its reassures me to see that it's not just me who was fooling around with mobs.
a former owner of fantic, malaguti, flandria, etc.
I must have met Jeff; I did the championship of France endurance in 77 or 78 with a revised and corrected morini.

PS: it's not good to mount 75 kits

Said the zebra, freeman (endangered breed)
This is not because I am con I try not to do smart things.

Anyway, the 75 kits have become almost impossible to find for mobs and they will be banned from sale.
I already put 50 kits but it did not have the same couple. Parcontre I wonder how do the kids I met in a mob store to buy a kit for sctooter at 250Euro first price. The scooter already costs 2000Euro when purchased.
Already that it is forbidden to drive with a kit, now the prices also become so exorbitant that it is better to go direct to the 125CC at 16 years old.
My uncle had an MBK 99 Kitée, it was going to hell but the rear rim was rubbish at the axis or the anchor points of the crown and already in 1985 it had become untraceable. The rim had the crown on the other side compared to the traditional mob.

and since the 125 we put kits that change the characteristics of the gray card, it is endless this story.
We pantonize without certification but it's not for the power (personally I have no gain), it's for the planet and benefit from the advantages of HDI better for our old boxes!

The number of molecules in a drop of water is equal to the number of drop that contains the Black Sea!
on my bike I had even thereafter, reduced the diameter of the pinion integral with the wheel:
drilled well in a circle all the holes of diameter = to the small rollers of the transmission chain, then raised all the outside which generated
must point well, and must not deviate when one pierces
hand finished rat tail and file
don't be stingy with elbow grease either
my sprocket, which had almost no teeth left, has found a new youth (changed the chain, of course)
also gained 1 speed
compared to my post above, I also thought of putting a handful of accelerator on the left side, with the cable which would influence the reaction of the variator, to change the gear ratio while driving
we often remember good ideas of principle which are too difficult to make in practice
on the floating engine mob that I had before, I put a bar to press the engine, and "tighten" the belt in part to "downshift" and gain torque during recoveries

oulaaaa moi c'est bien après (I was born in 1972) I attacked the ufolep in 1986 and stopped in 1993 (the G3 brushed the 200 times on the straight line of the vigiant) .... the money had unfortunately replaced passion like in a lot of fields besides ..... if not for morinis it has always been great engines these things
if not for those who want engine kits and others ..... not hard .. an A2 license (motorbike) in ufolep and hop buys you what you want or you want to be happy ..... for my part I prefer the art of the old fashioned prepa (comes out the strawberries and the graduated disc ) especially with the capacities of series engines on the current 50 to gearbox (10hp stocked on average)

The other day a guy with a 51 MBK in front of me went up to 105 km / h. I had to pull on the engine to be able to follow it in acceleration. I put him a dose but not without difficulty.
Shame
the 125dt debridled it makes in 30 cv mine that I had made 34 cv debridage yamaha ... and any stock I lifted it even in 4th (it was a supermotard) I rotted even some 500 at startup
turn the morini url to see the serial powers of current mob engines http://www.morinimotori.com/eng/default.asp
