yes, I tend to exaggerate a little thing and it was in the tone of derision ....
but it's a little true France is doing everything possible
to discourage the use of non-oil products
--- the states also remark : Evil:

There is in France only Mr. Chirac and his friends who have the "right" to ride the duty-free diester

any other fuel (tanker or not) is subject to tax

It's these tax "problems" that drove me to take the plunge. Frankly, I will be excused, but sorry! As soon as I work outside of my job (writing or intellectual services) I steal from the outset more than 30% of what I earn in these areas. Knowing that these are gains that are well below an hourly rate ... we must really love what we do. Frankly, it's disgusting to work (besides I wonder if this is not the end goal there are days ...)!

Natural gas to fuel independence

Presidents of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez of Brazil, Lula da Silva, and Argentina's Nestor Kirchner are meeting in São Paulo, Brazil, to determine how to finance and the schedule for the construction of a pipeline of 6600 kilometers, the longest in the world.
The 23 billion dollar project is expected to allow 10 years for the cities of Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay to eat Venezuelan natural gas.
Energy independence is the centerpiece of the integration of the countries of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur).
Mercosur, a market of 270 million people, was established in 1991 and includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay. It also includes Bolivia, Chile and Venezuela as Associated States.

The arrival of Venezuela in Mercosur reflects the desire of several Latin American distancing themselves from the proposed Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA), sponsored by the United States and Mexico. 8)
