Rather than it is still the farmers who drink (funny reward for those who want to invest in the production of bio ethanol), the prices at the pump of green fuels should be higher, but less than those of traditional fuels , to encourage consumers, either to choose biofuel, or simply to use their car less (basically discouraging them;)
