Well, a big BRAVO to the Villeneuvois Community of Communes and to the city of Villeneuve-sur-Lot for being pioneers in this area. Fortunately, there are, beyond that, local officials sufficiently "gutsy" to take matters into their own hands, despite backward laws ......

Mr Prost a late race?

by Pegasus » 18/12/06, 12:16

V / L against State = 2 to 1.
Jérôme Cahuzac (mayor) wins a new game but unfortunately beware of the "beautiful".

How Alain Prost was able to defend only the E85 sector? : Evil:

An aberration : http://www.industrie.gouv.fr/energie/st ... _stats.htm

indeed for 2004 in thousand toe:
GB = 30
Petrol + LPG = 12

or a ratio of 1 / 2,47.

It would have been more opportune (for an ecological citizenship) to start with the most consumed fuel, am I wrong? :|

Other interests seem to have prevailed : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen: : Mrgreen:
there I laugh black !!!!!

And yet on V / L the demonstration is made .........

I think that the ethanol sector prevailed over the oil sector mainly because the yield per ha for ethanol and higher (6000L / ha) against 1000L / ha for oil

but there are certainly other reasons ... : Cheesy: I agree...

The reason is quite simple to understand, it is that of ease and speed ...
The process of turning agricultural products into ethanol is relatively easy and it produces a fuel that is "visible", and for which manufacturers have cars ready.

The "official" HVP route is impossible for many reasons (mainly technical) and the incorporation of EEHV (or EMHV, but the former would be preferable) is too transparent for the general public, even if the manufacturers guarantee for 2007 ranges capable of supporting mixing rates of 30% (even if this is already the case in reality but not "officially") ...

This does not change the fact that the greatest reduction in CO2 is obtained by HVP, compared to conventional fuels ...
