I think in the minds of such guys, two digits after the comma sounds more "serious", more "scientific" ... The "varnish".

He may have added it. Or average between a few results ...

In time, we learned the calculation of uncertainty. If you have 5 digits which are within 0,2, you can take the average and fall on, for example, 5,82, this number is also within 0,2 and we "round" to a minimum of 5,8 ( and in proper scientific language, we write "5,8 +/- 0,2"

Of course, I agree, no "fixette".

However, even if this thread has turned a little red which I regret, I think Lachanette is right to be concerned about it. Quite simply because if its soil is really acidic, it has the means (because it produces a lot of wood ash) to control all this by bringing potassium especially and phosphorus a little, more calcium of course.

It would be a shame to deprive myself of it.

Thank you for the message ! it's nice in addition I just saw your last video and I gargle your knowledge especially for the maturity of the tomatoes, Thank you again
ps: with my six cats I have no problems with field mice and voles my predators watch over the "grains"
