"Here is a comment de Charles Dowding ... "Small shell. : Wink:

It is while thinking of you that I relayed this comment. When I hear the expression "mycorrhizal network", I pull out my keyboard! 8) Charles Dowding speak of this network as being "the internet of the ground" ...

Morag Gamble visibly complicates life, which does not prevent it from being sympathetic.

Why ? She continues to grin ???

She had at least the merit of weighing and ... publishing!

No, you seem to be confused, it is he who did the tests and not her; this is what justifies his intervention.

That's what I understood from what you understood! 8)

It's a bit like that.

Not so much for the chews that follow its course without flinching

But for spinach some of which turn yellow a little

Must say that it rains / snow a lot this winter : Evil:

I do not know if this is where we talked about it. But in general, everyone goes through it, so nico should find this info:

- yesterday time gray
- that night, it came out
- so this morning, we curled the jelly
- minimum temperature reached in plastic greenhouse: 0 ° C
- min reach under frame with glass pane (straw floor with hay, too): 1 ° C

So glass seems more effective for the greenhouse effect. 1 ° C is not a lot, but moreover, when the weather is bad, I can roll out my thin insulation once the sun is down ... There, I did not do it.

Yes I have talked about it here too.

Interesting observation.

Unfortunately I will only have plastic lids but ... double layer as already recommended here.

I hope I can build this in a fortnight but grrr I have something else to finish before.

With the tunnel next door we will be able to make comparisons.

Yesterday morning, small frosts (this was discovered):

a) under the covered frame of its insulationabove the glass, the minimum reached was + 2 ° C

(b) in the greenhouse: - 1,5 ° C

So more nitrates!

- it does not form, because the bacteria are inactive (they alone take care of nitrification)
- and what exists is leached ...

So "bang la dèche!"

A living system has its logic, which does not always meet the wishes of the gardener! It is obvious that there, a blow of ammonitrate will make miracles! This is the EPO Armstrong in the laces of Alpe d'Huez! As soon as the soil is a little dry, you will see, in conventional cereals, spreading resume and in a few days, the fields change color!

Good observation: vegetables are not equal in front of the lack of nitrates! Let's say, they do not have the same needs. Some are demanding. Others less: chews are plants that naturally grow in autumn / winter. So they are used to it!

That said, we see the stores chews quite developed, probably boosted nitrates!

Color is only one symptom - the most noticeable.
