Million tonnes ??? Is that huge, your sure? That's 63 kg of chemical fertilizer (?) Per French! I know many who eat less than 63 kg of fruit and vegetables per year !!

How many millions of tonnes of fruit and vegetables produced in France per year?

An article in English on the subject: http://rt.com/usa/news/monsanto-farmers ... o-use-809/

You forget that a large part of the grain goes to export and that another part (not negligible!) Is used for cattle feed.

http://www.goodplanet.info/Alimentation-agriculture/Engrais/Engrais-agricoles

France produces around 70 million tonnes of cereals each year, and 7 million tonnes of oilseeds (rapeseed, sunflower, etc.)

http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agriculture_en_France

Half of our territory is used to this hunger (sic)!

By concreting a department every seven years, you see what remains of biodiversity ...

I don’t forget, I don’t forget ...

(when they are "processed" agricultural products, it is less "fear" in terms of pesticides ...)

Huge you can say!
The correlation is moreover evident with the fact that 100% of French rivers are polluted.
France is like a doped sportsman from all sides!

Question: is it more doped than the others (per capita, per tonne produced)?

We are already the aspirin level world champions ...

We have the 3rd European rank:
France, in terms of consumption relative to the number of hectares cultivated (excluding permanent meadows), ranks third in Europe with 3 kg / ha / year.

http://www.observatoire-pesticides.gouv.fr/index.php?pageid=380

Otherwise in overall quantity we are number 1 (because we are the leading producer).

Yes necessarily, that's why I specified per ha or inhabitant ...

Another interesting document:

http://agriculture.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/Analyse_4_Ecophyto_indicateurs.pdf

The trend in pesticide consumption is down, however the report does not say whether this drop in chemicals is in favor of an increase in ... GMOs?

Also read: the downward trend in the number of farmers:
http://agreste.agriculture.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/AGRIFRA07c-2.pdf

In 1955, France had 2,3 million farms (Box 1). In 2003, they
are only 590, of which 000% are considered professional. Two million
people lived on these farms in 2000, four times less than in 1955.

And quick !!

Hi, hi, hi "Re-Love_ution, And quickly" I like!

As for the "revolution", once we have ruined everything, overturned the rules. New ones will have to be created and enforced as "new standards!"

Would we be able to do this if we cannot already apply existing standards and law? I advocate here rather "the end of the great masquarade", the great "return of citizens to business", with in perspective the much anticipated return of the "Rule of Law". Already because it is —not or badly applied, that is to say incompletely— and the judicial system is largely overloaded ...

Because like the rest, as long as we don't tackle the causes, they multiply and become unmanageable.

Anyway, I believe in Santa Claus : Mrgreen:

But I have not found a candidate who proposes it, in those who are in sight ... :|

There is not, indeed ... an econological party in 2017, that could do it!
