I continue my research and on the site of the fertilization industries they write the same thing in a little less generous and always with the same German study as reference
Mineral fertilizers make it possible to fix 4 to 6 times more energy in the form of biomass than they consume in the stages of production, transport and spreading. The substitution of mineral fertilizers with organic fertilizers is possible within the limits of the resources available for recycling. It improves the energy balance since the only energy consumed is that linked to the collection, storage and possible treatment of organic effluents as well as their transport. Organic residual products being not very concentrated in nutritive elements, this energy expenditure is not negligible but remains much lower than that necessary for the production of nitrogenous fertilizers.
See the paragraph "Energy consumption" http://fertilisation-edu.fr/production- ... ation.html

A single study seems to me to be insufficient and in addition, not the same graph : Shock:

I will not stop there, what does INRA say? : Wink:

This also confirms that the refusal of organic synthetic fertilizers is a mistake, especially since they use rock phosphates which are a non-renewable resource.
