It shows you how patient we were
this shows :
a) that you like to have the last word, which reminds dedeleco
b) that you confuse one with I.

It's just a bit of a shame for those looking for info on how to avoid cancer (apart from "your" method) and not just with red meat.
So you still have a post to have that last word.

TOO MUCH PROTEIN "in general !!

WHO recommends 50 or 70g / day of protein.
(Beyond 1,5g per kg of body weight, these too abundant proteins will be eliminated by the kidneys)

350Kcal:
legumes contain ... 25g of protein.
of Swiss cheese .............................. 85g of protein.
meat ................................ 105g protein

How do vegetarians! How do carnivores
In order not to exceed the recommendation

- who is that of “veganism”?

Yes too much indeed! And so much the better if some manage to do without it.

NB: 1) the meat does not contain ONLY protein. Otherwise it would be practical, it would be much easier to do without. On the other hand, too much is too much (and in general much, much too much indeed for some ...)
2) if we are talking about WHO directives, it would be better to express this in UI (International Units) and to ensure that the food bowl of a VG as much as a non VG, who generally eat less well than VG since they are theoretically less careful, contain - just as much as each other - all the necessary elements of the "food bolus", don't they?

It is not because a food contains x / gr of proteins that its X / gr will be fully assimilated.
The proteins with the highest assimilation rate are those from eggs and milk (close to 90%).

In addition, the amount of protein ingested is to be compared with the efforts made by the body.
If a sedentary can very well be limited to 1 or 1,5 gr / protein per kilogram of body weight / day, this can amount to 2 or 3 grams for a sportsman who practices a high intensity physical activity.
