Yes it's not wrong ... but hey ... it's a step forward but far from being an evolution ... especially given the tariffs per tonne of CO2 largely undervalued ...

Completely! As long as the price per tonne of carbon does not reach a minimum of 40 euros, the environmental constraint is almost zero for manufacturers. Especially that without the participation of the United States (and China or India), the system remains flawed and incomplete. That said, the price of the second phase (2008-2012) remains at reasonable levels and it is especially after 2012 that is the problem. Because signing the end of carbon finance goes far beyond a banal decision: it is all the credibility of the European Union on the environmental subject that is at stake ...
