Same thing at Oxford, the problem of resources used must be largely responsible, but security too.

Are the other messengers, if they are not authorized, at least not prohibited? ...

As you say Billie, except if you give your credit card number, you don't care if you are listened to, a little more or a little less ...

Well ... I said nothing ....

Good am bad if listening is still easier with Skype ... I may not be able to re-credit my account :( : Cry:

Otherwise I didn't know that Skype worked under a P2P system ... it's good to know (since I have quotas with my connection ...)

I wanted to discourage nobody on the contrary ... the Peer to Peer seems interesting to me well beyond the small pirating of mp3 of consumption it is precisely that it escapes a little from the control because of the quantity of machines to monitor and of the mobility structure, as the internet implies (or could have involved) sharing, mutual aid!
:)

The tendency being to the liberticidal provisions under fallacious pretexts (terrorism, piracy, rights and patents) everything will be done to prevent that, so much to support this movement!

Oh, you don't even need pretexts. See bank cards, supermarket cards etc. You have to get used to it ... without being fooled.

Hello
The interest of listening is what is (with a minimum of subtlety) usable by the listened to make disinfo. :P
If you knew how nice it is to know that 2 flocks are burning in the middle of a dodger in a van to see you take a nap and drink half a chilled : Lol:
I know it's not nice, but it was who started it : Twisted:

Indeed ! It was just a warning because I saw this info, but since I don't know much about voice over IP ... : Oops:

By the way, Econology, do you confirm that it works well after a few weeks?
: roll:
I plan to subscribe to the most basic ADSL then to Skype ... France Telecom is really becoming a luxury!

Yes it still works I have already credited my 10 € account.

On the other hand, the outgoing rates on mobile phones are quite variable (from 0,14 to 0,22 € / min) and greatly depend on the operator called.

I also noticed that the quality was better between skype <-> skype and skype-fixe <-> portable than with the IP telephony of Free <-> skype which would suppose that the Skype quality is better than the IP telephony of free (but it must be said that I called a free account in Corsica ... or the connections are apparently quite bad ...)
