"Economic" or any other word having the same meaning?

Because I went back to Edouard last night and for the Lotus PQ (my apologies) there was the 12 package 0,31 € the roll and the pack of 24 marked "Price shock" at 0,37 € the roller. : Shock: : Evil: . I did not have my camera on me, it will be for next time ... : Lol:

For "shock price", everyone will think it is a scam, but a good lawyer will tell you that, in fact, you are shocked when you see that the price is higher! : Cheesy: :| :frown:

In any case, you can report it to Edward on the Internet.
It has happened to me to complain and I had an answer.

Totally agree, you MUST complain in these cases. Because it is inadmissible.

On the other hand, it must also be admitted that consumer associations have obtained that the same price can be obtained for multipacks as for single packets. I do not know if it was applied, or even if it lasted (in my corner I did hay when we refused to apply the price ...).

So this is a revenge of the big distribution that, or? : Mrgreen:

Uh, I have trouble grasping the logic of the request ... especially from such associates ... : Shock:

Speaking of associations, here are the contacts to report fraud of large "economic" packaging:

A) UFC

http://www.quechoisir.org/que-choisir-s ... s-reponses

25. Seek help from UFC-Que Choose a dispute
A dispute to solve? Join the local UFC-Que Choisir association near you and get help from our volunteers. There are 2 ways to join to get help:

- Contact by telephone, email or postal the local association to which you wish to join. To consult the list of local associations, click here: http://www.quechoisir.org/un-litige

B) The INC:

To write to the editor

By mail: 60 million consumers
80, rue Lecourbe

By email: redactionweb@inc60.fr

If we are several to contact them, there is a chance that they will look into the subject ...

Personally, I will forward them the email that I wrote to the journalists.

I advise all those who have noticed the fraud, photos to support to contact them also ...

Same, message sent to INC and UFC (Ardennes):

Hello,

I am Christophe Martz, site manager www.econologie.com

For some time we found that now often, in the French supermarket, on the same product the prices reported kg (or L) of large packages were more expensive than small packaging:

https://www.econologie.com/forums/achats-en- ... t9689.html

This is already a practice that borders on dishonesty for the consumer. But there is worse...

Indeed; this morning one of our members noted the following (illustrated with photos):

"It is cornstarch packaged in 400 g and 700 g.

Price of the box of 400 grams = 1,74 € is 4,35 € the kilo

Price of the box of 700 grams = 3,34 € is 4,77 € the kilo.

Attention, attention, the highest price per kilo is that of the "Economic Offer" !!!! it is indicated on the package! "

The indication "Economic offer" is therefore fraud for the consumer. This deception should, in my opinion, be investigated and denounced by your organization.

You will find complete testimonials here: https://www.econologie.com/forums/achats-en- ... 89-20.html

This fact will be easily verified by yourself during a small survey.

Sincerely
Christopher M.

Too bad anyway.

They do not care as long as consumers do not become clever and good in mental arithmetic as with all prices at x9,99 !!

With the gifted scientists who go from physics to finance by translating their studies on chaos to finance, Optimal exploitation of consumer behavior maximizes profits at their expense !!

So we need to educate consumers to see the scams and mirrors larks!

Example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Didier_Sornette

Another talented:
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean-Philippe_Bouchaud

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xd1yo1 ... rches_tech

http://www.videosurf.com/video/financia ... ?vlt=ffext

http://videolectures.net/ccss09_stanley_efasp/

http://videolectures.net/ccss09_lux_eaftpc/
http://videolectures.net/cvss08_satinover_igcog/
and all the other videos !!

to predict the stock market crashes and financial crises, it is the same as predicting the rupture of a tank under too high pressure as those of the rocket Ariane.

Same with the boilers bought by the Shadoks !!

Give him your Okof boiler and he will predict when your boiler will have a fit or a crash !!

it is not only the large packages which are sometimes more expensive, it is also the case in certain "large volumes" operations of supermarkets: sometimes the trays of "x" boxes of product are more expensive than the same product individually ... and sometimes not just a little !!!
Another common scam is "budget" product packages, eg. the cans of fish, have a content of very inferior quality to the "normal" cans by unit (quantity of drained fish, see quality of preparation) ... a wonder if sometimes the specials are not the occasion to '' sell products more or less messed up during the manufacturing process ...

Yes bird, it has been said and shown in pictures above, we must distinguish the 2 cases:

a) when it's big conditonnement more expensive per unit it's "just" a commercial abuse ... I don't know if we can really speak of a scam.

b) but when there is the indication "Eco Offer (nomic)" (or equivalent) and it is false, well, it is fraud and organized deception! So it's really a scam.

I do not understand that the case b) does not interest the associations of defense of the consumers or the repression of the frauds, because it is quite grâve !!
