Like in danettes, Liège chocolate desserts, it's stuffed with pork in order to make: GELATINE :P

No matter what, we have never used that in dairy desserts or yogurt (which gels naturally, besides we can very well make yogurts either even by reseeding sterilized milk brought to 35 ° with a yogurt nature): we use seaweed extract and before that it was corn starch ...
The gelatin of animal origin used in haribo sweets and other cold meats is made from cartilage (pig feet and ears) and not pork hooves ...

I didn't mention pork leg in particular;)

Tape "pork yogurt" on gogole and look at the number of more or less relevant articles that talk about this ...

Among other things: http://www.rue89.com/enquete-produits-light/2009/05/03/le-yaourt-0-ne-perd-pas-le-porc

Usually, when I post, I try not to say anything hoping that others do not read me anyhow to replicate whatever

the article speaks of the particular case of certain "0%" fat products which have no natural binder: for me these products are not of the slightest interest: tastefully null (see downright disgusting ...), I do not therefore absolutely not interested in it ...

0% products are only useful for those who want to give themselves a "good conscience" while eating their nutella!
Suddenly, a little more or less gelatin does not change much for them : Cheesy:

In short, it would be better to eat healthily before going for miracle products in low-fat foods and other "foods". We should put the culinary priorities right.

As someone said it costs a lot less to eat well than to binge on "danestol"

It reminds me of the anecdote of students who worry about the presence of Exxx chemicals in chocolate bars. They discussed it during their break ... cigarette :D

How is the water in the Mediterranean right now?
Otherwise the pigs' trotters before "swimming", it's not terrible ... it has a ballast effect ... : Lol:

In the Var, it is very hot, 22 to 23 ° C, a pleasure !!

In Argelés, Perpignan, I am sure it is hot (very old memories), but towards Narbonne, Valras, Agde, Sète, a cold current prevents it from heating up quickly and therefore it is less hot as long as the heat wave does not last 3 weeks !! (memories )

So go to Perpignan, south of Narbonne, it will be good !!

And meanwhile, with this warmth, my daughter works at Mc do ...

: Cry:

She is entitled to a meal, after her vacation, which must be counted as a benefit in kind, so she eats it! Thank you Sarko ...

(it burns often, but it's okay, a pigskin transplant will save it ...)
