I eat a slice of bread (that is 3/4 of baguette cut in 2) every morning for about 20 years. And I still have room before I am obese (and even before I am fat ... I should already stop being skinny for that : Cheesy: )

Going back to Nutela. The best is to mix a large spoon with fromage blanc (like Gervita), it's to die for, it's so good ... and diet, diet !!! : Mrgreen:

Econosaurus wrote:Hello everyone! After the cigarettes, it's time for food! I find it not so bad in the end. Except that it might spoil the design of the labels a little.
And regarding the regulations to be able to advertise, it was necessary that we get there: Alcohol, cigarettes and now junk food. It's logic.

Mc DO will do the mash, as will many other fatteners.

What are your opinions :?:

... it is a hypocritical measure, which on the one hand warns us against what is nothing more than a form of "poisoning". And on the other hand authorizes the sale of "poison".

New York State recently banned "trans" fatty acids in any restaurant. Unbelievable for the “country of freedom”, it must be recognized that obesity there has taken on gigantic proportions!

If it is dangerous, we legislate and we publish directives or we prohibit for manufacturers to modify their recipe: damn it! : Evil: : Shock:

Hello

must recognize that the ricans have a particular concept of freedom and want to impose it at all costs, by force if necessary.

they are fighting or have fought against weapons of mass destruction, from now on they are fighting on another front, that of mass obesity ... will they win this time for sure? not obvious, trying to impose a prohibition of fatty acid, there will be smuggling of fatty acid, adulterated fatty acid which is exchanged under the coat ...

Like in danettes, Liège chocolate desserts, it's stuffed with pork in order to make: GELATINE :P

No matter what, we have never used that in dairy desserts or yogurt (which gels naturally, besides we can very well make yogurts either even by reseeding sterilized milk brought to 35 ° with a yogurt nature): we use seaweed extract and before that it was corn starch ...
The gelatin of animal origin used in haribo sweets and other cold meats is made from cartilage (pig feet and ears) and not pork hooves ...

Obesity responds to three factors, which I call the "obesity triangle" (by analogy to the fire triangle):

1) Lack of physical activity.
2) Overconsumption of food.
3) Poor nutritional balance.

(4) Genetic factor, affecting only certain people.

Remove one of the three main factors and remove obesity from you.

No offense to some, you can eat "fast food" every day and be thin (of course I do not recommend this type of adulterated food), by exerting yourself physically.
There is an interesting "anti-supersize me" documentary to watch: it's Fat Head (not everything is good to take in the documentary, but it is still interesting).
