Hello everybody
At my place, the same ritual happens every morning, in spring and in summer.
I make herbal tea every morning, for the whole family, and for the day.
It's so simple, and over time, I'm getting better.
No more cokes, lemons or other chemical drinks.
Look what is written on a tea bag taste red fruit aromas ... there is nothing good.
So, this morning, for example, I went out into the garden, with a basket, and I harvested fresh mint, sage, nettle leaves, a little lavender, thyme, currant bush, dandelion flowers,
some borage flowers.
I washed these plants because of the cats that mark the territories, and then I poured a liter of hot water on my plants.
15 minutes later, I filtered the juice, added some honey, and I had 1 liter of raw drink.
When you see a plant, see weed, look on the net for what it could serve ... you'd be surprised.
A simple example, chamomile, many of us know the effects, but do you know what it looks like?
Look on Google photos, and you will see that right now, there is not far from your garden, just use.
Good herbal tea, and I await your comments or recipes
It's a good habit to take, or relearn.

A long time ago (a long time ago) when I was an IT specialist in the industry, and when I had a little time, I had fun developing small entertaining programs and I had made a cocktail management software. (Which had, moreover, had some success and had been included in specialized magazines).
I found a very very old version (not graphic and without the mouse), but, to my astonishment still works well.
There is a database of more than 1500 recipes including recipes for cocktails and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which I have of course tested all, even the most explosive cocktails (nah, I'm kidding! ... ).
There are even recipes for aphrodisiac drinks!
For those who are interested, I put the program to download HERE
(The zipped file is only 400 KB.In total, there are about 60 files for 1,3 MB)
(If some feel the courage to rewrite a windows version, I provide the recipe database of cocktails ... 1500 recipes, anyway, and all grabbed at the wrist strength!)

Usually a tea lover, I converted this summer to homemade iced tea:
tea always comes from far away, but a glass pitcher and a tea ball (or strainer) allows for a very refreshing, very economical drink (a teaspoon of tea for 2 liters of water), and good for the health!
In the absence of a garden like that of Lejustemilieu, it is a very good solution!

Hi,
I have several apple trees and every year we spend a lot of time picking up the bad apples for composting. This year I bought a small press and a mechanical grinder to turn these unhealthy apples into apple juice.
Well, it's a job because you have to cut each fruit, remove the sick part. In short, in two hours 4 people pressed 30 liters of apples giving us 6 liters of juice.
I was a bit worried about the result as half of the fruit was not fully ripe. Finally, the juice is excellent and totally organic.
All 15 days, I will repeat the manip. Ditto when my grapes are ripe. In general, we eat a lot at first and then get tired and the rest dry on foot. This year, hop, in the press probably with
Fallen apples.
Honestly, it is well worth the commercial products and I value products intended for composting.
