No worries Did : Mrgreen: I confess that I do around the shop without buying anything (my gifts made from qqs days) and I did not look at the origin of products.
It was my first visit to Clermont and I did not know this shop so I made the average blonde : Mrgreen:

For Elephant, I still have my barbies in good condition, that of my daughter also at 20 years and we just gave them to the little 3 years. At my parents' house there is always our box of Lego, aged 35, but it is also wear-resistant and it amuses even the same people if it comes from oil.
Our box of Monopoly, Cluedo, Scrabble tjs are intact and still serve.

Now to go back over the subject I confess I have not found other ideas Christophe sorry ....... big kiss may one wrapped in a pretty package : Mrgreen:

What do you think of a Christmas without gifts?

With us, we are moving a little towards that ... In any case a very strong decrease, just maybe something symbolic: a book, a Tillandsia (an "epiphytic" plant called "daughter of the air"), a legal download of a good old Bashung (in homage to this Métis raised in Alsace who died this year).

One day, my first wife's son complained about his gifts that he did not like.
(This story is true)
So I took this child to a friend who lived in a caravan.
The man lived without heating in the middle of a meadow.
On site, we found a head of chicken, cooked.
The boy asked what it was for; the old man replied, I suck the neck of the chicken when I'm hungry.
The boy took a provisional conscience asked me what we could do for this poor old man.
I offered to go to the corner super market and buy good food with wine, cutlery, napkins etc ...
No sooner said than done.; the kid had understood certain things in life.
The drama :?
The old man was beaten up by a friend when he saw the remains of the meal because he wanted money and thought the old man had hidden the money.
The old died 10 days after the beating, alone in his trailer.
This story is true, I lived it ... it's crazy, life ...

The right one ... It makes you feel guilty about your kid ... So you tell him that gifts are dangerous and zou for Christmas an orange and some chocolates : Mrgreen:

Yes, Macro,
I think the problem is not the kid, it is the advertising and marketing techniques that make people think, children, they have to buy bunch of idiots gifts.

hi to all and all,

the last time I was in Clermont, I did the same thing as you helene

I confess that I go around the store without buying anything ......... and I did not look at the origin of products

but by cons I still have to look at where the products come from, almost all from the east.

so this year I do not know what to do yet.

can be a great book on ecological jardinnage or something like that hoping not to pick up on the figure after 5 minutes.

I confirm and no need to look "very far": this USB flashlight is sold 19.90 € at N&D ... and 9.90 € at "us" (and we don't have the purchasing power of N&D).

Our margin on this product is "normal" (ie neither more nor less than on our other products, in the average what):

AumicronFor Christmas without the gift, but I thought I dared not propose by the fear of being an extremist ... :|

Maloche and firs, Take no fir (which forces you to buy one?), Frankly there are a lot of alternatives: some branches, bottles ...!

You're lucky to have a garden, in a plant (or PLUSIEUR) in the ground (potted fir its not working well my parents had bought a year and held 2 or 3 years I think ... .) for auto production / consumption ...

Hey remember?

I'm just a friend, I'm happy to receive a thoughtful gift :D

And regarding your poor man, putting his own life, this villain has also made him (maybe) a precious gift, another life ...

I think your true story deserves to be told by a talented Pierre Bellemare ... with accents of truth and banter, it would not be sad!

Obviously to read you, we understand that it made you a serious shock, but you said that you have offered a week of happiness to a human who was singularly lacking human warmth ... hat down for the lesson to the kid!

Reminds me that last night in the YAB documentary, he was talking about people in India (the first "climatic" refugees) who buy chicken skin for food : Shock: : Evil:
