Hello,

To put back a layer:
There is another sector that no one has mentioned yet, these are the payment deadlines of administrations and hospitals.
Bill payments are hyper administrative because they are cascaded over two successive administrations.
The first is that of the hospital itself, the second is the public treasury.
For those who know: it's not rapids .....
So an invoice will only be honored as quickly as 6 to 8 months after delivery of the equipment, normally one year, and for paris hospitals up to two years in the best cases.
And who it is who pays the interest included in the invoices is the security and therefore you and me.
Like what officials a little more serious ........

yes, there are the civil servants who administer and those who execute, the hospitalists.
you have to differentiate them.

civil servants through the current policy want to privatize the public hospital to better land it, sell it to the private. they want to destroy this social structure that was built and has known its heyday. yes the hole is a pretext that more than one private company wallows in and benefits from (as always one thanks to the other).

it is therefore the current policy that kills him even more, by giving money to those who make money and bring it back (intensive care in particular) and by not giving it to those who are there only in case , like some maternities etc ... it is the activity pricing.

which gives anything like the case of the room is overcharged intensive care, it works when there are people otherwise it is anything, ditto hospitals that close, schools that close.

it is a natural selection doomed to its collapse, like the stock market, except that there speculation is made on health ... there is a problem!

it is therefore the decision-makers, administrators, officials who decide for you and impose the new law on you:
"HOSPITAL, HEALTH, PATIENT and TERRITORY"

who is in charge?

Aren't there also lengthy procedures in processing invoices? Because it is often only a story of organization, I saw it at the level of the town hall with new software or with paperwork which is added to the paperwork and which means that civil servants cannot limit their activity to the 'essential.

We work fairly regularly with administrations with our shop ...

The delays are long but not more than with certain private companies: it is 2 to 3 months generally ...

Far from the 2 years. Reminds me more if we have already worked with hospitals on the other hand ...

Yes, we have already worked with hospitals and the times have been completely normal. It must be said that it is small material in small quantities and that the conditions are certainly not the same as for a scanner or compresses by the hundreds of thousands.
