Don't be surprised if you get tackled afterwards : Mrgreen: Which huge bad faith than yours! ^^ See m / original post:

When we talk about "Vegetarian food bowl" it is implicit that we refer to possible but frequent nutritional deficiencies => correct definition by combined words, which I used unequivocally from my first intervention in the thread, and not in reference to any phytosanitary products, who are you kidding ?!

I don't care about anyone. We are not on the same wavelength on certain points, that is all. If you have a global vision, planetary if you want; my "ambition" is more restricted. If there is misery in the world, there is also misery around you and it seems to me a priority to sweep in front of your house before sweeping in others. So I worry first: about myself, then my relatives, then my friends and relationship, then etc ... in concentric circles as long as the meaning of the message passes. It may seem egocentric, but it seems to me more concrete to seize the opportunity of the misfortune of others to reflect on it and possibly to question yourself, than to be scandalized that this misfortune is happening far away. Thus, the Chernobyl explosion or other nuclear glitches must make us ask the question of our nuclear power (and this is what is actually happening), the misfortune of others can serve as an electric shock for awareness.
The scandal of the pick must serve to rest the question of the danger of chemical drugs, asbestos the question of products with carcinogenic risk, the portable that of the waves, etc ...
The junk food is that of our food and especially that of daily poisons.
Now I do not claim that you agree, partially or totally, with my point of view, which is only a point of view. To those who read these subjects to form their own opinion, without value judgment SUR The individual, which, personally, I did not do against you.

... you will not make us take bladders for lanterns, trying to pass on semantic errors and 'priorities' for a gender confusion between ...> le "global" VS "Individual choices"...> : Cheesy:

From the 3rd post, I say that the biggest scandal is agro-fuels ... You see, it is better to put the priorities in the right order: Try again ...

From the 3rd post, je say that the biggest scandal is agro-fuels ...>

I did not dispute what TU said, it is your right and your conviction, therefore fully respectable.
More JE say something else, respect my right to have a different opinion. Therefore
You see, it is better to put the priorities in the right order: Try again ...
JE say that there is no scandal smaller or bigger than another, there are different perceptions of them. So place your priorities as you see fit and realize that it is not the same for everyone ... "try again"!

: Cheesy: from now on... it would be me who would impose "my vision"! While I have continued to curb relatively dogmatic comments in the name of individual freedom of choice! Amusing.

"Respect my right to" correct comments like yours, when they are incomplete : Cheesy: : Cheesy: : Cheesy: or even worse ...

We can continue to toy long like that unnecessarily; everyone stays on their positions (rightly or wrongly) and basta!

Citro hello
I am aware, and strive thanks to you and others to eat less meat and more vegetables starting from the logic that it is necessary to be effective to feed and do it healthily.

The concept of healthy eating is fuzzy in modern dietetics because any food can be considered healthy according to criteria which will be imposed by "authorities" not independent of the agrifood business. Food put on store shelves is therefore assumed to be healthy since it does not exceed certain toxicity thresholds (thresholds just as vague as the rest) and may contain flavor additives, endocrine disruptors, chemical residues from cultivation and processing. , carcinogenic substances, GMOs, etc….
But eating the hens of a family chicken coop fed with peelings and local products is better than buying organic vegetables from the other side of the globe ...

True and false at the same time!
a) Peelings are the most polluted products coming from industrial crops and even market gardening and therefore there is the phenomenon of concentration of toxic products in the flesh of the animal whether it is from the family chicken coop or from industrial farming and therefore the consumer who is at the end of the food chain (the owner of this chicken coop in this case) also accumulates these products (as a reminder: mercury, DDT, etc. in the milk of nursing mothers). I refer you to all the documentaries and surveys on this subject which are in abundance today.
b) Organic products from the other side of the planet !: it is indeed an aberration linked to the current way of life and consumption where the habit of consuming exotic products has been taken, but this does not generally concern that a "tiny" part of organic products in general if only for the freshness of the product to consume (I am not talking here about sores that are organic by fashion, but organic aficionados)
I cannot therefore follow you in the postulate of vegetarianism / veganism as being
Quote:
THE one and only global food solution in terms of ecology, economy, ethics ...

For example, eating while eating insects is, technically speaking, just as virtuous. It is therefore an alternative solution to yours which then loses its status of UNIQUE solution ... ???

It is always, in parallel between thermal and electric, the same argument which returns: between two evils it is necessary to choose the lesser!
a) I come back to the concept of healthy! As its root points out, this is what is good for health. What is favorable to health is what is best suited to the physiology of the individual concerned (human, animal, plant). Human physiology is not adapted to the consumption of animal products, even if this correspondence is not respected for cultural reasons.
b) So as the famous search for proteins (this is how animal products are designated as if these were the main and only sources) is fixed on this culture of animal consumption and that this poses serious production and health problems; there is therefore a search for substitution as we want to replace the electric with the thermal. It does not change the fact that it is still not adapted to human physiology and moreover it only displaces the problem because to replace the current “proteins”, it would be necessary to raise insane volumes of parasites to be fed with specific products that would eat up arable land just as much. So as a "DIY" food it can work and avoid spreading toxic chemicals to get rid of it, but as a substitute food mode, it is not the most effective.
Then yes!
this is "THE one and only global food solution in terms of ecology, economy, ethics ... and health " because bringing together TOUS the criteria at the same time.

Janic... I don't know where to start, I disagree on too many points of your approach ...
- The "unsuitability" of the human body to the consumption of animal proteins is very controversial.
In contrast, veganism and nutritional deficiencies are often mentioned ...

- From a planetary point of view, livestock and meat food are essential for survival issues (seasonality of plant resources) and represent the only local solution for survival and storage of food resources (fodder).

- Food alternatives such as insects, practiced in many countries are also credible and logical (use of local resources).

- When I mentioned the hens raised at the bottom of the garden fed with peelings, it goes without saying that these peelings came from vegetables grown in the garden next to the chicken coop. We consider that a well managed garden of 10m by 10m is enough for the needs of a person ...

- I'm sorry to contradict you on the origin of ORGANIC products, French production is far below demand, not to say ridiculous ... The majority of the products we consume are even produced outside Europe and I do not not talk about their exoticism like Quinoa, soy and others.

When there was the tainted milk scandal from China, famous German brands of organic products had to withdraw dairy products from the market because they no longer met demand and had obtained supplies from Brazilian producers who were out of stock were themselves supplied to ... China.

In short, in food as elsewhere, there are choices to be made but above all compromises ...

PS: I will not follow this subject because I lack time for other activities that are close to my heart. Sorry, but I have to make choices ...
