Because question of "harassment" and conversely "onmedoitca" (because it is a "social aquis" and that I refuse to question it even in so much of serious crisis and even if my own children will pay for it ...) French people are not badly placed ... I think!
:
For once, it was not specifically "us = French" that I was aiming for, but "us = technically advanced man" ...
Because at Carglass and France Telecom and the thousands of others, if there were customers concerned with their only comfort (equipment) at the end, it would not work!
For those who missed, it goes back to 0:50 this night (according to my program).

A small flat on the documentary of last night because the first part still drags in length in particular at the level of the industrial tribunal which I find almost irrelevant.
Then concerning alienation, nothing really new. In "modern times" Chaplin had already shown a lot.
What seems shocked today is the fact that it happens in service activities. In the industry it did not bother many people.
When a cashier lifts more than a tonne a day, this calls out. A worker in a workshop is almost normal.
The same goes for call centers. Repeating the same sentences all day seems more pity than repeating the same gestures in a factory.
On the other hand, BRAVO for the part concerning Carglass which perfectly shows the internal mechanisms of companies to squeeze people like lemons to get the best out of it for a period and then part with it.

Hi, hi, hi!
sorry, but I can't do it, since I use Belgacom TV I can only record on the hard drive of their device, the transmission to a recorder is KATASTOFIC (catastrophic)
That's why I ask if someone can do it.

Decidedly, we do not understand each other. I mean that these employee pressing systems only work because at the end of the day, there are customers (you, me, the others) who find it very practical that material objects, which they "force-feed" (otherwise more serious things that would give meaning to their lives), are always more efficient, always more jokes, always less expensive ... Customers who can no longer bear to wait, which underlies all the discourse of Carglass executives (or the boss of France Telecom).
In short, we can be content to "criticize" these bad bosses ... Or we can look a little further ...
And since I am already in philosophy and apparently no one is following me, let's go to donf as the young people would say.
I note that the title of this section is particularly awkward: work cannot be a scam. Any value, on this earth, is near or far, the fruit of work (if we put the design - the use of intelligence as a means of creating tools, in the lot). Unless you believe in an ideal world where everything falls into your mouth effortlessly ...
It is the way in which capitalist society distorts this labor value which is an alienation (and not a scam).
It is the link between work and the value of the good created for society that leaves in tatters ... Hence the impossibility of having satisfaction other than material (through consumption addiction) ... And so the loop is closed. No satisfaction other than earning more to consume more ... And by being a demanding consumer and chainat, at the same time being the bopurreau of all the others (the little chef and the worker at Carglass, ches France Telecom and a thousand other companies like that - like, Apple, etc ...).
I still knew my father was happy to have done something which, in his eyes, was well done. I keep this heritage, but I have the feeling of being a dinosaur ...

Sorry, for the title, I could have done better ...
But on the other hand it gives to argue, so it's blessed bread
As lejuste told me, we are far from the entrepreneurial spirit that prevails in family SMEs (the only "place" of work, where work is a model, because it makes everyone live honorably and with dignity) or team spirit is stronger and the desire to be of service (in the broad sense of the term) is also stronger
What is denounced here is the machiavellian side of work as something that must be done, (right at the start and with the heart at work) and which in the end is only done to ensure the ends of Too often difficult months ...
to be continued....

I also find the title move
it reminds me of discussions from 1939
questioning the work is not really a thing to do
as dis lietseu says it is a source of evolution
but what evolution?
a blatant system of competition is imposed on us from our tenderest schooling
if the competition was limited to a "he can do it so I can do it too"
it would be the dream
but here the goal of the games is to be a bad player
the bad soccer player who breaks the shin of his opponent on the request of his coach
the dirty little brat who after asking for help from the first class tears up the copy of his helper
we are in a situation of unfair competition where the goal is not to be the best but to win
the air of mobbing
or if you don't want to be a prey better be the executioner
woe to him who loves
woe to him who helps
Talion's law
I agree with the person who said it was going to end
the only problem i see this pointing is which world are we going to turn to?
they are educated for that
and only for that
only "I" count
my my my,...
how to find solutions for the greatest number when the greatest number thinks only of him?
the media advocates unique thinking
these very simple they are all formatted to some commas near what the media say
except of course that each person hopes to do a little better and be in class
to have a free thought these days is to be formatted and above all not to think
people are paying to think for us
get out of the bullshit that does well
the one that does not strike at first sight
but which then kills thousands of people
it doesn't matter i live well
my children ,...
my car,...
my dog ,...
the only way to stem this phenomenon is to love
the more he hits you (and he will)
the more you like
kind pépé le polecat
everyone thinks he's a jerk
mister rakes
yet I am sure that with his love one day he will find a pretty and nice little woman who will love him because he knows the word love
and yes it’s also the granddaughter
mdr
in the film on the life of gandhi there is something that marked me
the moment they all line up and move forward to do this hit
as soon as they fall and are treated they come back
it teaches me never to give up
and keep courage

Exactly ! I don't agree with you.
Alienation in the case of the factory, the chain worker, is allowed ...
The "white collar" had the good role. Everyone dreamed of becoming a "manager". Parensts encouraged children to study (they succeeded ... or not, for that matter!).
The interest of this documentary is to show that in a service society, this alienation is generalized. The cashiers, the "head" of a Carglass center, the two executives of a bank (if I understood correctly): in a globalized world and driven according to economic ratios (and that's it), everyone goes there !
In short, the rise in the standard of living and of training, far from being a solution to get out of the alinétaion, is, in the materialist world and where there is no more value, at the limit, worse than the world of work "alienated" as it was described (I say "at the worst limit", because there are no notions of solidarity, team, atmosphere - even if it was done in a very harsh environment) ..
So I found it very interesting, much "stronger" (and relevant) than it is in this context (and not an umpteenth rehash of a report on the "proletariat") ...
